Return Policy
Aiymala Jewelry are handmade and made to order. All items are considered as final sale. Online merchandise that is unworn may be exchanged or returned for online credit only.
We accept returns of eligible products purchased online through our website within 5 days of delivery of order.
Please reach out to our customer care team via email info@aiymala.com regarding any repairs needed on Aiymala Jewelry.
The customer is responsible for shipping.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs.
Return Process
Reach out to info@aiymala.com with your return request. Make sure to include your order number.
Once your return is approved you will receive an approval code and shipping instructions.
Pack the items you are returning in the original package and enclose the original packing slip with your approval code written on it in your return package.
